Caroline Ciaramitaro

Caroline is an associate at True. She joined the team in 2023 following a summer of work with portfolio company Hatch through the True Ventures Fellowship. Previously, she interned for news media company theSkimm and financial advisory firm The Motley Fool. She spent nearly a year as a research assistant for the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University, where she researched behavioral economic principles and private sector applications.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Caroline takes pride in her roots and relies on a gritty sense of curiosity to lead her way. She graduated with a degree in applied behavioral analysis from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar. When not collaborating with Team True, she’s either taking long runs outdoors or seeing live music and playfully asserting Memphis’ superiority to Nashville.
