True University Day One Recap

What an incredible first day of True University. We were thrilled to see so many employees from the True portfolio show up ready to learn, collaborate and make connections.
As with every year, the True University “professors” delivered thoughtful, engaging, empowering presentations. Soleio Cuervo led a session providing guidance on how to think about design hiring and setting up early design processes at startups. Porter Gale shared her insights from her days as VP of Marketing at Virgin America and discussed branding best practices. And Dave Evans, co-creator of one of Stanford’s most popular courses, “Designing Your Life,” shared tools and frameworks to live intentionally in a generative and thoughtful way.
