Recently, our partner Puneet Agarwal was invited to Stanford University, his alma mater, to talk about the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and how we intentionally designed True Ventures to enable startup Founders to be their best selves both personally and professionally.

In his talk, which was part of the Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders series hosted by the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, he illustrated what it means to be an emotionally intelligent investor through real-life stories from his work in venture capital.
