Our fourth annual True University kicked off this morning at Stanford, and we are all excited for two full days of connected community and unparalleled education. Each year, some of the most influential and inspirational minds from a multitude of industries join our teams to share their expertise on every element of the startup process. True University “professors” are experts in their fields, experienced entrepreneurs and academics, and always people from whom we learn so much. As a Founder of True, attending True University is one of the great privileges of my year.

The knowledge shared by these professors is truly priceless. To capture and preserve the magic that happens in each session and keynote, we have recorded their presentations since our first event in 2011. We have made these videos available to the True community, as we thought our teams could share the learnings and best practices of True U with each other and spread the best ideas they had seen. This trove of wisdom, expertise and, frankly, very entertaining stories from leaders around the world has remained within the True family, unavailable to the public.

Until today.

We are pleased to announce that this morning we opened all the content on TrueUniversity.com to the public. We’re calling it TrueTube, and we are proud to be sharing it with the world. TrueTube features more than 50 videos from the past three years, with talks ranging in length from 30-60 minutes and covering everything from design to finance, scaling to customer development, and much, much more. We’ve posted some of our favorite videos below to get you started, and we hope you’ll visit TrueUniversity.com to watch, learn and share the knowledge we’ve enjoyed gathering there.

True’s mission is to make the world a better place for entrepreneurs. That means all entrepreneurs—not just the ones we fund. This mission has empowered us to build one of the most powerful platforms in the venture capital market, to be a valuable partner to our Founders and their teams, and to have a deep and lasting impact on those with whom we work. And we’re just getting started. Our vision for TrueTube is to strengthen and inspire the world’s creative entrepreneurs. We want to further hasten the democratization of entrepreneurship and empower all Founders to tackle big problems and change the world. It turns out some of the world’s most incredible thinkers on innovation and entrepreneurship agree with this mission, and as past and future True U professors, we hope their wisdom can be further shared through TrueTube.
